Invitation to the launch of preparing for discharge booklet. The Louth/Meath group involved in developing the booklet is made up of Service Providers, Service Users, Mental Health Voluntary Organisation and Family/Carer Representatives, The booklet is a local recovery initiative supported by Advancing Recovery Ireland (ARI), now known as Mental Health Engagement and Recovery Team. Many people contributed to the development of this booklet from local focus groups to those who shared their personal Recovery Story. The booklet is tailored to support individuals identify their needs and support required as they plan for discharge from hospital and the time after leaving hospital.
