Self Love Course Starting 8th of October

Hope you all had a good summer and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to the Recovery College. We are delighted to announce our second course of the upcoming semester with our Self Love Programme beginning October 8th 2pm-5pm which will run for 4 weeks.
Providing tools for self care, building gratitude, improving self-esteem and space to enhance your compassionate self.
During the workshop participants will explore:
• Self Love• Self Care
• The Value of Gratitude
• Self-awareness & Positive Self Talk
Format: 4 x weekly, 3 hour sessions

Venue: Recovery College, DCU (in-person Sessions).
