The Self love course in Spring in Dublin city

I recommend self-love to anyone that sometimes has self critical thoughts. Course really helped me to be kinder to myself, do daily gratitude practice that helped me to see that even though not every day is good, there is something good in everyday. After doing this course I believe that I am worthy now even though I have imperfections.

It has been a great course. Well worth the time + energy required to take part. Glad I took the opportunity to be to be in. It will take time to put it into practice. Interested in related courses to consolidate it.

I found self-love course very interesting and beneficial to get the full benefit i will review it again. I feel it will help me inl ife.

It is very interesting course and i learned not to be too hard on myself and treat myself with love & respect.

The course was beneficial and it was clear that the facilitators cared a great deal about helping others improve their self love/self care.

I really enjoyed the course. It was a huge deal for me to attend a course like this so it got me over a lot of inhibitions. Its good to know that small daily things can lead to a happier me. I also learnt that its ok to spend time with me.

Just give it a go, everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Could be longer

It was a great weekly reminder to take time and care for myself. Each week I felt more open and more capable.
