Course: 'Thoughts, Feelings, Actions'

Start date: Monday October 22nd

Venue: Recovery College Room, DCU School of Nursing & Human Sciences

Format: Eight Weekly two hour sessions

Course: 'What I know now'

Start Date: Wednesday October 24^th,

Venue: Recovery College Room, DCU School of Nursing & Human Sciences

Format: Eight weekly two hour sessions, plus one half day of practice
