The Music of Poetry Course ran for 6 weeks from 29th of October - 3rd of December from 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm (every Tuesday) in the Recovery College Room, DCU, School of Nursing. Adele and Dara co-facilitated this course. Participants were able to explore the origins of poetry and lyrics. The healing power of poetry and music was enjoyed by all who attended. Why and how we write poetry and songs were discussed with free writing time for people to share afterwards, if they wished to do so.
