Course name: Music of Poetry
Course aims: This 6 week course will allow participants to explore how to use music and art skills together to create beautiful pieces. Enabling participants to understand how to blend music and writing skills together. Within music participants will examine some of the most famous lyricists of our time. Over the 6 weeks the group will practice how to use creativity in a safe and friendly group setting.
Who is the course for: The course is open to everyone and all are welcome.

Description:
This course is open to everyone and will run for 6 weeks from 29th October – 3rd December. “Music of Poetry” is self-expression through verse and illustration. Allowing the mind to meander and muse whilst expressing the verse with musical creativity. Within music we will be examining and showcasing some of the most famous lyricists of our time. On this course, participants will explore how to use music and art skills together to create beautiful pieces. Understanding how to blend music and poetry skills together. Participants will learn how to use creativity in a safe and friendly group setting. Materials will be supplied for the music and poetry on the course. Everyone is welcome onto the course and no prior experience in music or poetry is necessary.
