Last summer I did a blog post about my favourite podcasts, here is another one that I really really like, if you have not heard of Blindboy and the Rubberbandits start at podcast one, if you want to hear about his interview with Pat Bracken skip to about 25 minutes into this podcast. Blindboy speak a lot about mental health in his podcast and mostly he is on point but this conversation has expanded his understanding where he asks questions and what the difference between mental health problems and mental illness and they discuss the need to think critically think in and the different paths to recovery not being the same for everyone, enjoy!
