If so our partners in the Dublin North mental health services will be running a weekly Family and Friends Skills and Support Group from next Monday, 22nd January 2018

This is an 8 week psychoeducation and support group

Topics include

Communication skills
Self-care
Boundaries
Seeking support
Stigma
Advocacy
Who’s who in the mental health service

Group arrangements are as follows:

Location: Swords Health Centre, Bridge Street, Swords

Date: Every Monday, from January 22nd-March 12th 2018

Time: 6-8 pm
