We’re delighted to share a new series of promotional videos highlighting the recovery education programmes being developed and delivered through the partnership between Dublin North, North East Recovery College and the Irish Prison Service (IPS).

The videos provide an introduction to the wider prison recovery project and some of its key programmes, including Boxing Clever, Connect Create Participate (CCP), and Recovery Coaching.

At the heart of this work is a commitment to bringing recovery education, peer support and opportunities for meaningful participation into prison settings. The project aims to build recovery capital, strengthen connection and hope, and create opportunities for people in custody to develop skills that can support their own recovery while contributing positively to the recovery of others.

The videos have also been developed as a way of making information about the programmes more accessible to people in custody, prison staff, partner organisations and the wider recovery community.
