Our friends in the Flemington Community Centre are running a series of weekly online resources specifically for men including Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition and presentations around mental health, all online, and all free of charge.
All you need to do is message the Flemington Community Centre Facebook page, or email info@flemingtoncc.ie.
You will then receive a welcome pack with further information, all enquiries will be treated confidentially.

The programme currently offers the following:
Mental Fitness Education
Be Well Do Well - X1 session per quarter, four in total.
Aoifa and Seana are Teachers who deliver child and adult mental fitness training in schools around the country and through webinars on behalf of the INTO.

Yoga & Meditation
Yoga4Blokes – Weekly Yoga and Meditation Classes.
Neil Runs Yoga4Blokes and Meditation Workshops and is part of the Yoga Hub.

Nutrition
Evolutis Sport and Fitness – Weekly nutritional talks and the importance of exercise at any level.
David is the owner of Evolutis Sport & Fitness, he has a nutrition qualification and over 10 years of experience working with elite level soccer athletes & GAA athletes, he has high level UEFA & Personal Training coaching qualifications & has been nominated for a number of coaching & personal trainer awards.

In total The project will run for 12-13 weeks with weekly sessions, while x4 Mental Fitness Education sessions will also be provided.
The Mental Fitness Education sessions will provide participants with topics such as
It is expected that at the end of the project the participants will have learned valuable skills to help with issues they may have, and just as importantly, may have in the future.
The classes will be delivered via Zoom but will not be interactive. This is to maintain the individuals anonymity from the group as a whole but also to allow us to deliver as much information within the allotted time.
